At Zavio Wears, all jackets are handcrafted on-demand according to your selected size, customization, and preferences. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we offer a clear return and refund process.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Jacket must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Must include tags and original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product

Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your custom-made jacket:

A refund will be issued after the jacket is returned and inspected

A 40% deduction will apply
(covers customization, labor, and material costs) -
Remaining amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The jacket is damaged

Wrong item is received

A manufacturing issue is found
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Customization Adjustments (After Delivery)
If you want additional customization after receiving the jacket:

You must pay delivery/courier charges both ways

Extra customization fees will apply depending on the work required

No 40% deduction applies unless you request a full refund
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or refunds if:

The jacket is used, worn, or damaged by the customer

Wrong size was selected due to incorrect measurements

The product was customized exactly as requested
Delivery Issues / Logistics
If you need changes after delivery, all shipping and logistics charges must be covered by the customer.
