Zavi0 Wears — Refund & Return Policy

At Zavio Wears, all jackets are handcrafted on-demand according to your selected size, customization, and preferences. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we offer a clear return and refund process.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Jacket must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Must include tags and original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product

Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your custom-made jacket:

• A refund will be issued after the jacket is returned and inspected

• A 40% deduction will apply
  (covers customization, labor, and material costs)

• Remaining amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The jacket is damaged

• Wrong item is received

• A manufacturing issue is found

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Customization Adjustments (After Delivery)

If you want additional customization after receiving the jacket:

• You must pay delivery/courier charges both ways

• Extra customization fees will apply depending on the work required

• No 40% deduction applies unless you request a full refund

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or refunds if:

• The jacket is used, worn, or damaged by the customer

• Wrong size was selected due to incorrect measurements

• The product was customized exactly as requested

Delivery Issues / Logistics

If you need changes after delivery, all shipping and logistics charges must be covered by the customer.
